In addition, this cozy rural house allows you to enjoy an isolated yet close environment, it is perfect for couples who want to disconnect in a rural and romantic environment without having to make a long journey.
Its interior is fully equipped with all the comforts to ensure an exceptional stay in the best company: dishwasher, WiFi, satellite TV and appliances. Its wonderful and large private swimming pool, with shower included, will provide an atmosphere of total calm and relaxation in tune with nature and silence. You can also have a barbecue for two on the large terrace and enjoy it right there enjoying the pure mountain air in an intimate evening with your partner. In this beautiful establishment you will be surrounded by impressive landscapes with native flora and fauna and you will be able to enjoy them thanks to the many short walking paths that are close to the house.
From the house, a narrow access road winds its way up to the village above of Solana de Utiaca. Within walking distance, this small village has two grocery stores, although for a greater selection of amenities Santa Brígida and the market town of Vega de San Mateo is a 15-minute drive.
The city of Las Palmas and so the coastline is only at 20km. Within 30 minutes drive, a great variety of beaches can be reached, all of them away from mass tourism. Melenara, Las Canteras or San Andrés give you the opportunity to spend the day in the beach in a family mood with the local people. Then, with the sunset, you may enjoy a dinner of fresh fish at any of the inexpensive restaurants around the area.
The Real Club de Golf the Las Palmas is within 15-minute drive of the villa next to the stunning Caldera de Bandama, a 200-meter-deep volcanic crater, on whose peak you will find an observation platform that affords you a scenic vista of the island. Kill two birds with one stone!

Nach 10 Jahren waren wir vom 30.4.2022 - 15.5.2022 wieder auf Tres Almendros. Wir kamen vormittags auf Gran Canaria an und konnten schon mittags in das Haus. Sehr angenehm, wir hätten sonst viele Stunden überbrücken müssen. Iballa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, und zur Begrüßung gab es ein tolles Willkommenspaket. Alles, was man braucht, um sich erst einmal verpflegen zu können. Super!!
Das Haus ist schön, persönlich und komplett eingerichtet. Genau, wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten, was zeigt, dass es gut und konstant gepflegt wird. Nach einer Woche wurde es nochmals gereinigt und es gab einen Früchtekorb. Super!! Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gab (ein Sonnenschirmständer am tollen Pool war kaputt), wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Zum Thema schwierige Zufahrt: Ja, nichts für Fahranfänger, aber machbar. Wir empfehlen allerdings einen Kleinwagen, möglichst mit Automatik. Macht das Anfahren am Berg deutlich einfacher. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gibt, dann wären leichte, bequeme Gartenstühle schön, um den Halbschatten unter den Mandelbäumen genießen zu können. Die Holzstühle sind schon arg schwer. Das Haus liegt inmitten der wunderschönen Bergwelt Gran Canarias und alles blühte. Einfach toll. Alles in Allem: 5+ Sterne von uns, und noch einmal herzlich Dank an Iballa für ihre vorzügliche Betreuung. Ruth und Ralf |

Die Ankunft und auch die Kommunikation während der gesamten Ferien hat immer gut funktioniert und wir konnten unsere Ferientage in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, wurde auch während des Aufenthaltes einmal komplett gereinigt, und es stand uns alles, was wir brauchten, zur Verfügung. Wir werden bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit auf jedenfalls wieder kommen!
