Casa Rosa is a large beautiful and practical self-catering villa with private pool perfect for big families or a group of friends traveling together.
The property sleeps 10 people in two separated areas, never rented apart:
The Main House has 3 bedrooms (one double and two with two single beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, a well-equipped kitchen with large dining table and two high chairs for babies, living room with Satellite Tv and DVD player, fireplace, and next to it there is a games room with a Billiard.
Very close to the Main House is the Apartment that sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) with 1 complete bathroom with shower.
Both, the Main House and the Apartment, are rented together in one single booking. Firstly the Main House is offered and only when the group is larger than 6 guests, the Apartment is open.
Outdoors life goes around the pool and the barbecue area with plenty of sunbeds for all the guests and a large dining table.
The pool size is 4m x 7m long and 1,20m - 1,70m deep.
There is also a Ping Pong table, chess and some board games to spend the days having fun in the property.
Casa Rosa has also a good gym for the private use of the guests.
Near the pool area is the garden of the finca with fruit trees and walks and can be continued in the tranquil hill of La Bodeguilla and surrounding areas in a perfect mixture of nature and ocean views. There are easy walks around like the ones going to Mirador Natural de la Cruz y El Montañón.
Due to the good weather conditions and the clean clear skies, San Mateo has been focusing in Astronomy, Stargazing and Astro tours and Casa Rosa is just perfect for that as you are all alone in the middle of the night.

The house is beautiful, quirky and very spacious. The pool is a good size and the garden is incredibly well looked after. Views from the property, particularly at night, are spectacular.

So private and peaceful. The children loved the games room as well as the pool. We went walking in the mountains and loved the in crowded beach at la Laja. Host was brilliant.
